Our 2024 seminar series – “Sustainable Liverpool: Learning from European Green Capital cities” – comes to a close with a final speaker from the UK’s only ever European Green Capital, Bristol (2015), who will share with us their experiences of achieving the prestigious title, and how they are working towards net-zero commitments and mitigating the effects of climate change.

Save the date! 6pm Thursday 7th November. Eventbrite booking link to come soon.

The seminar will also feature a local panel from the worlds of climate activism, culture, academia, and politics, as well as plenty of time for discussion on the role we can all play in making Liverpool a sustainable, environmentally friendly city.
