Are you part of a community organisation or know one that would like to collaborate with the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority?
The LCR CA is seeking community organisations to help them consult on a new transport plan this, Autumn. The draft Local Transport Plan outlines their vision for transport through to 2040, and insights from this Autumn’s engagement will play a crucial role in finalising the plan in 2025.
They’re particularly interested in partnering with organisations that can help them engage with these groups that are often underrepresented in public consultations:
- Older adults (55+)
- Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic communities
- Individuals from lower socioeconomic backgrounds
There is up to £8000 in funding available for this work, which needs to be completed between October and December 2024.
How to Get Involved: Full details, including application guidelines and project deliverables, will be provided to those who register an interest by 27th September 2024. The LCR CA will also be hosting an online event during the week of 23rd September to discuss the commission in more detail—date and time to be confirmed.
