Peel Land & Property have submitted plans to the Council for a stunning new green park called Central Park to be the heart of their new Central Docks development in Liverpool Waters. It is quite amazing  to see the sheer size of it and the proposed content for the open space is genuinely wonderful.

The planning application (also for wider infrastructure works on the site) is now being submitted for a public consultation and the views of residents and stakeholders are being sought. If approved, the 2ha park area would include the planting of over 1,000 trees as well as community gardens and open parkland. The plan also includes shelters and canopies; areas for sport, recreation and fitness; and support for local wildlife.
